The architects and builders of Modum worked alongside Jogen to fulfil a client’s design brief for the build of a modern designer home with electrical solutions that integrates smart lighting experiences with sustainable solutions.
The client desired a home with the latest technology while learning about cost saving products affecting Wellbeing. In consultation with the builder, Jogen developed an electrical framework with Australian Standards of compliance and safety.
The project was to be completed within the contracted timeframe and ongoing communication with the client occurred to ensure flow during the handover process was experienced.
