Starr Constructions

This large scale residential project required Jogen’s team to work to architectural electrical drawings. The need to pivot was presented to the CEO and Project Manager, which resulted in further consultation and modification to the project’s design and implementation phases including C-Bus home automation and Control 4 systems . This was extended with architect, builders, interior designer and lighting consultant.

Solid Brick Constructions

Working alongside the builders and architects, Jogen supported the team in the modification of plans and electrical schematics, including mechanical and architecture. Tasks included audio/visual setup and installation, relocation of three phase switchboard and outlets.

RM Williams

Working through International security, custom and background checks, Jogen completed the RM Williams shop fit-out at Sydney Airport. This strict timelined project included the installation of display lighting and power, along with emergency electrical backups.

Negro Constructions

In consultation with the team at Negro Constructions, Jogen executed another residential project with flow. This practical electrical solutions concept resulted in the installation of a Control 4 system, LED and strip lighting, as well as a chandelier on a winch.

Emergency

Around the clock work was required during a power outage on 85 George Street, Parramatta till the job was completed.  Coordination and speed were pivotal skills set demonstrated by Jogen between energy authorities, generator hire provider and suppliers resulting in a 12.00 am turn on prior to next day business.

Maintenance

10 Help Street, Chatswood was a volume project for Jogen requiring large scale office refurbishment of lighting and bathrooms.  Strategy was pivotal in successfully completing the work due to minimal disruption to business flow within the building and the safe disposal of Mercury Vapour Fluorescents over weekend work.

Café

In consultation with ACU café owner and commercial kitchen equipment suppliers, Jogen performed a total refit in preparation for its orientation day grand opening using modern lighting design. Power loads, compliance and emergency lighting fire detection was installed, ensuring that safety was the primary goal for the wellbeing of the University’s students and visitors.

Di Lorenzo

Working with small to medium enterprise, Jogen was approached to provide end to end electrical installation using floor plan design ensuring minimal business disruption and timely execution.  The client requested security analysis of the site and the latest technology, resulting in lighting, camera and alarm installation including employee swipe access. With a long standing professional relationship with the client, Jogen is a trusted source for electrical consultation of modern electrical solutions to further enhance branding of a leading tile merchant.

Modum Construction

The architects and builders of Modum worked alongside Jogen to fulfil a client’s design brief for the build of a modern designer home with electrical solutions that integrates smart lighting experiences with sustainable solutions. The client desired a home with the latest technology while learning about cost saving products affecting Wellbeing. In consultation with the builder, Jogen developed an electrical framework with Australian Standards of compliance and safety. The project was to be completed within the contracted timeframe and ongoing communication with the client occurred to ensure flow during the handover process was experienced.
